Marketing Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Strategist to manage our entire marketing cycle, from generating leads and running campaigns to analyzing performance. The ideal candidate will be analytical, execution-driven, and capable of turning market data into strategies that drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns across digital channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Lead generation and prospecting through research, qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Manage brand visibility and create engaging marketing content across online and offline platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Excel, Google Analytics, or BI tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B industry marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and drip campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau for data visualization.
