Strategic Transformation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Transformation Lead to join our organization.

  • This role involves driving cost-efficiency, process optimization, and innovation across global operations using AI, data science, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business transformation, AI/ML technologies, and Lean Six Sigma principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage AI-driven insights to inform strategic business decisions and drive measurable outcomes in areas such as productivity, billable utilization, SLA adherence, and customer experience metrics.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement large-scale transformation programs, focusing on cost reduction, process efficiency, and quality improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • 12+ years of experience in BPO/KPO/shared services, with demonstrated ownership of large-scale transformation projects.
  • 5+ years of experience leading AI/ML initiatives, with a deep understanding of the model lifecycle.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

  • Proficiency in tools like Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and AI platforms (Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, or OpenAI APIs).
  • Strong command of automation technologies, particularly RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate).
