Senior Executive Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our organization as a Senior Executive. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leadership positions, with a strong background in IT services and management consulting.

  • About the Role:
    • This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned executive to lead large-scale projects and teams, driving strategic growth and delivering results in the Banking and Finance sector.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring timely project completion within budget.
    • A key focus area will be on digital transformation, Data & AI service offerings, and driving operational efficiency across the organization.
  • About You:
    • You will have a minimum of 18 years of experience in IT services or management consulting, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven track record of managing a large portfolio in the Banking and Finance domain, focusing on Data & AI service offerings.
    • Strong expertise in stakeholder management, delivery, sales, and business development.
    • Prior experience working with clients to understand their strategic objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee project and delivery management, including project governance, risk management, and escalation processes.
    • Manage large teams of professionals across multiple locations, fostering a high-performance culture through continuous learning and employee engagement.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies for client engagement, account growth, and new business opportunities.
    • Continuously assess and enhance delivery frameworks, methodologies, and tools to drive project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degrees preferred.
    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive large teams to achieve strategic goals.
    • Strong financial management skills, with experience handling budgets of over $10-15 million USD.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with clients and stakeholders.
