Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Corporate Sales team in Nehru Place, New Delhi. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving B2B sales by generating leads, engaging prospects, and closing deals to help our clients leverage our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Cultivate targeted relationships within the CXO hierarchy of potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify client needs and assess potential business opportunities.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and track progress in our CRM system.
- Negotiate and finalize deals to maximize revenue while meeting company profitability goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic solutions that meet client needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their pain points and present tailored product offerings.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- A minimum of 0-1 year of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or IT sales.
- Proven expertise in lead generation and solution-based selling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- A self-oriented and highly motivated sales-driven attitude.
Salary Range
The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 based on location and industry standards.
