Performance Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned SEM professional to spearhead paid search media campaigns.
Responsibilities include:
- Campaign Strategy Development: Create and implement a data-driven paid search strategy that yields optimal results.
- Team Guidance: Mentor team members in executing paid media campaigns according to industry standards.
- Ad Account Optimization: Continuously optimize ad accounts to achieve exceptional outcomes for clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Team Growth Contributions: Contribute to the growth and development of the paid search media team by providing training and up-skilling opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Multi-Campaign Experience: Proven experience managing multiple search campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
- Adaptability and Multi-Tasking: Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: High level of precision and attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Google AdWords Certification is a plus.
