We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer to spearhead our paid campaigns and drive measurable results across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience running successful paid campaigns, managing substantial budgets, and driving tangible outcomes. Key responsibilities include campaign strategy and execution, performance analysis, insights and reporting, trend monitoring, influencer partnerships, and brand initiatives.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and e-commerce marketplaces.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze KPIs, ROAS, and conversion data to inform strategy and improve efficiency.
- Insights & Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Ensure optimal ROI through effective budget allocation.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media and advertising trends to enhance engagement.
- Influencer Partnerships: Collaborate with influencers to create high-performing content.
- Brand Initiatives: Work closely with the brand and creative teams to ensure messaging consistency.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in Performance Marketing within e-commerce or D2C brands.
- Expertise: Proven experience handling large annual budgets.
- Tools: Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, e-Commerce Marketplace Platforms, Google Analytics, etc.
- Analysis Skills: Strong skills in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and attribution modeling.
- Creative Input: Basic knowledge of design tools for creative collaboration.
