Optimize Digital Marketing Campaigns for E-commerce Success

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join our digital marketing team as a Paid Social Manager. In this client-facing role, you'll be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, driving performance through strategic campaign optimization while building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 5-7 paid media client accounts, communicating effectively with clients to meet their business goals.
  • Ideate, manage and optimize e-commerce digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon) to drive traffic, engagement, sales and revenue.
  • Develop effective audience targeting strategies within platform limitations.
  • Strategically manage client budgets and align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot and analyze data insights (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate) to ensure campaigns meet or exceed targets.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising)
  • Understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behaviour
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Basecamp)
