
Campaign Manager

A Marketing Campaign Specialist is required to lead the execution and management of multi-channel campaigns.
- Campaign planning, including design, build, and deployment of targeted campaigns.
- Manage campaign workflows, including targeting, segmentation, and personalization.
- Set up recurring and ad-hoc campaigns with proper audience targeting rules and testing scenarios.
- Segmentation and targeting, utilizing data models and query capabilities.
- Leverage behavioral, transactional, and demographic data to build targeted lists.
- Manage suppression, seed lists, and ensure compliance with opt-in/opt-out rules.
- Personalization and templates, configuring personalization blocks, dynamic content, and message templates.
- Collaborate with creative teams to build responsive, personalized email templates.
- Campaign optimization and reporting, monitoring campaign performance and generating reports for stakeholders.
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing campaign execution and management.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, compliance, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR.
- Experience with SQL and JavaScript for segmentation and audience building.
- Hands-on knowledge of campaign workflows, typologies, schemas, personalization, and message templates.
- Understanding of data flows, customer journeys, and campaign automation.
- Familiarity with multi-channel orchestration, including Email, SMS, Push, and Direct Mail.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with reporting and campaign optimization.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing, data, and technology teams.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
