Project Coordinator Role

  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and capture action points, promoting seamless collaboration.
  • Anticipate potential risks or delays and proactively escalate issues when necessary, ensuring timely resolutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Smart problem-solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and deliver results on time, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace, with expertise in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, with a strong academic background.
