Job Role: Project Support Specialist

Description:

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide administrative support to project teams, ensuring smooth project progress and timely completion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Management Support: Maintain accurate project records, including schedules, site reports, and documentation.
  • Schedule Monitoring: Track project timelines, identify delays, and escalate issues to the Construction Manager.
  • Material Coordination: Assist with material delivery and inventory management with procurement and logistics teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure quality checklists and safety guidelines are followed by site teams and contractors.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Schedule review meetings between project stakeholders, promoting effective communication and documentation.
  • Testing & Commissioning Support: Assist with documentation and coordination for testing protocols and third-party inspections.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in electrical / mechanical / civil engineering, Renewable Energy, or Project Management.
  • 4–7 years of experience in solar or renewable energy project coordination.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with electrical and civil work packages in solar EPC.
