Job Title: Senior Procurement Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement systems and tools, developing and optimizing procurement workflows to enhance operational performance and compliance with policies and regulations.

Purpose of the Job:

To manage procurement systems and tools, develop and optimize procurement workflows to enhance operational performance and compliance with policies and regulations.

  • Optimize Procurement Workflows: Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement system improvements to enhance productivity and compliance.
  • Develop Performance Tracking Systems: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and track progress against goals.
  • Ensure Compliance: Address compliance issues by ensuring adherence to procurement policies and regulations, conducting audits, and developing corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with IT and Other Departments: Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement system improvements, resolve technical issues, and integrate procurement systems with other business applications.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Lead or participate in cross-functional projects, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Provide Training and Support: Provide training and support to procurement staff and other users on system functionalities, best practices, and process optimization strategies.
  • Seek Automation Opportunities: Seek automation opportunities by leveraging Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or Artificial Intelligence (AI) to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
