
Senior Sales Leader

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our sales and operations efforts in India.
This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, and leading a high-performing sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital transformation, cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies, combined with a proven track record of leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the digital and infrastructure solution segments.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Foster a results-driven culture, motivating team members to meet and surpass sales goals.
Sales Leadership:
As a Branch Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth. This includes identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, and leading a high-performing sales team.
You will work closely with senior management to develop sales forecasts, business plans, and budgets for the digital and infrastructure portfolio. Additionally, you will manage the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing large deals.
Client Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients is crucial to ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. You will engage in regular business reviews and work to identify new business opportunities within various industries.
