  • This position is responsible for handling daily tasks and workloads efficiently, including incoming guest calls, emails, and providing information about hotel services in accordance with established standards.

 

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field is highly valued.
  • Candidates should possess strong communication and presentation skills, with 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

 

  • Duties and Responsibilities
  • Effective communication and attention to detail are essential in this role, as you will be interacting with guests and colleagues on a regular basis.
  • Evaluate and process reservations, inquiries, and special requests accurately following company policies.
  • Education guests on our philosophy and wellness offerings, addressing their individual needs.
  • Excellent customer service skills are necessary for handling complex inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy during guest interactions, fostering positive relationships and repeat business.
  • Communicate effectively with the Front Office, Sales, and Wellness team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Record accurate data and generate reports for reservations, occupancy, and revenue as needed.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes of work during peak periods.
  • Foster relationships with regular guests encouraging repeat visits and new guest relationships.
  • Accommodate guests with reservation bookings via phone and email, ensuring up-to-date records in our systems.
  • Follow up and engage with guests throughout their stay, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Tackle challenging opportunities and explore innovative ideas to achieve organizational goals and targets.
  • Analyzing and solving problems effectively is crucial in this role.
