Reservation Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to fill our Reservation Coordinator role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing hotel bookings, coordinating with internal teams, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bookings Management: Assist customers with hotel reservations by sharing property details, availability, and pricing information
  • Customer Support: Handle calls, messages, and inquiries from potential guests or partners in a timely and professional manner
  • Reservation Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records, ensuring seamless coordination between teams
  • Communication: Coordinate with internal teams for booking confirmations and provide follow-up support on customer queries
  • Analysis: Analyze market trends and adapt pricing strategies accordingly to optimize revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience: Proven experience in reservations, sales, or customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Negotiation & Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a strong customer service orientation
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using reservation management software and tools, with a detail-oriented approach and strong organizational abilities
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure
