Financial Reporting Role at Quess Corp Ltd.

Quess Corp Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Reporting Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization's financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and providing accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of the organization's financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards (e.g. Ind AS, IFRS).
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Prepare and analyze management reports.

Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including those related to securities laws, tax laws, and corporate governance.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead and manage a team of financial reporting professionals.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor team members.
• Foster a positive and high-performing work environment.

Process Improvement and Technology:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
• Leverage technology to streamline processes and improve data quality.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Communicate effectively with senior management, board members, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide clear and concise financial information.
• Address inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• CA qualified with 10-12+ years of experience in Financial Reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
