Job DescriptionAs a key member of the Detection India Finance team, you will work closely with the Finance Controller to ensure a high-performing finance team and a controlled and compliant environment. You will be accountable for financial accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance, interpreting policies, processes, and procedures related to the India market and global functions.
Duties & Responsibilities- Financial accounting in accordance with IFRS and GAAP
- Month-end financial reporting, ensuring timely completion, accuracy, and documentation
- Statutory compliances, including GST, WHT, and audit management
- Tax management, including corporate tax return filing and assessments
- Vendor payments, cash payment forecasting, and fixed assets review
- Interco recharges and ensuring compliance with company's internal controls and approval processes
- Leading and driving SAP enhancements and supporting ad-hoc projects
We are seeking a Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience, preferably from a Big 4 auditing firm. You should have experience leading and developing teams, working with SAP, and possessing excellent organizational skills. You will be able to make effective decisions, engage with others, and build relationships both internally and externally.
