Design Engineer
About the Job:This is a senior-level role that involves designing and developing automotive seating solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of materials, GD&T, and manufacturing processes.
The selected individual will be responsible for creating 3D models, prototypes, and production-ready designs using CATIA software. Experience in CAD design, material science, and automotive industry knowledge are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop automotive seating components with optimal functionality, aesthetics, and safety features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other vehicle systems.
- Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor analysis to drive design improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in automotive seating design, development, or similar industries.
- Proficiency in CATIA, SolidWorks, or other CAD software.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
