Expert Client Service Specialist

As a contractor, you will work closely with our Client Service Operations team.

This is a remote-first opportunity that allows you to accelerate your career from anywhere. Travel to our office may be required based on business needs or for company/team events

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Account Managers in managing ongoing projects by providing expertise and guidance.
  • Handle client queries in Japanese, translating and updating internal teams in English for seamless communication.
  • Develop strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored service options.
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations and manage invoice submissions according to contracts.
  • Effectively understand and convey customer expectations to the team, mitigating risks and miscommunications.
  • Identify and implement improvements in services, processes, and systems.
Requirements:
  • Achieve N1/N2 level Japanese certification, demonstrating advanced language proficiency.
  • Gain 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in sales or client services; experience in Life Sciences is beneficial.
  • Maintain advanced skills in MS Office, especially in Word and Excel.
  • Exhibit strong communication and organizational abilities, ensuring clear and efficient client interactions.
  • Proven adaptability to changing business needs, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic environments.
