Job Title: Service Engineering Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
  • We require a highly skilled professional to support technical experts in solving Service Now tasks, focusing on main bearing related tasks.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining failed component information and updating management on new potential serial defects.
  • This role requires strong analytical and data manipulation skills in Excel, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Mechanical drive trains and roller bearing is essential.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role is necessary.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are also required.
Favourite Skills:
  • A knowledge of Teamcenter PLM, Windchill PLM, SAP would be beneficial.
  • Troubleshooting skills are also desirable.
  • A good command of German, Spanish or French is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering is mandatory.
