Employee Engagement & People Processes Lead

As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving employee experience and motivation through strategic planning. You will oversee critical HR processes, including performance reviews, promotions, and goal setting, to ensure efficiency, fairness, and impact.

Your role will involve close collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. You will work closely with stakeholders to implement and manage impactful recognition and reward programs, continuously assessing engagement metrics and feedback to enhance employee experience.

  • Develop and execute data-driven employee engagement strategies aligned with organizational values and goals.
  • Lead end-to-end performance management cycles, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage transparent and equitable promotion processes, facilitating effective and measurable goal-setting initiatives across levels.
Key Qualifications:
  • MBA in Human Resources from a top-tier B-school.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Centre of Excellence (COE) roles, with a focus on employee engagement and/or talent management.
Desirable Skills:
  • Strong understanding of engagement frameworks, performance management systems, and people development practices.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-based decision making.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
