
Human Resources Strategist

We are seeking a strategic human resources leader to drive our organization's workforce strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute compensation plans that attract top talent and enhance retention.
- Design and implement performance management systems, ensuring fair and transparent evaluations.
- Create and enforce HR policies, promoting employee understanding and compliance.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using effective techniques to find ideal candidates.
- Analyze training needs and coordinate learning initiatives to boost employee growth.
- Manage HR department operations, streamlining processes for maximum efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for labor matters, ensuring compliance and resolving issues promptly.
- Address employee grievances through empathetic listening and resolution.
- Launch referral programs to incentivize employee referrals.
- Evaluate current HR technology and recommend improvements to optimize our systems.
- Track and analyze employee retention and turnover rates, informing strategic decisions.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience in HR leadership or similar roles, with a track record of success in HR management.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on finding ideal candidates.
- In-depth knowledge of labor legislation, particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance.
- Demonstrable leadership abilities, with a passion for guiding teams towards excellence.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and expectations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
