Job Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic human resources leader to drive our organization's workforce strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute compensation plans that attract top talent and enhance retention.
  • Design and implement performance management systems, ensuring fair and transparent evaluations.
  • Create and enforce HR policies, promoting employee understanding and compliance.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using effective techniques to find ideal candidates.
  • Analyze training needs and coordinate learning initiatives to boost employee growth.
  • Manage HR department operations, streamlining processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for labor matters, ensuring compliance and resolving issues promptly.
  • Address employee grievances through empathetic listening and resolution.
  • Launch referral programs to incentivize employee referrals.
  • Evaluate current HR technology and recommend improvements to optimize our systems.
  • Track and analyze employee retention and turnover rates, informing strategic decisions.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience in HR leadership or similar roles, with a track record of success in HR management.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on finding ideal candidates.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor legislation, particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance.
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities, with a passion for guiding teams towards excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and expectations.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
