About the Role:

Sales Manager for B2B Sales Foundation role at Roundglass Living is responsible for driving recognition, usage, and advocacy for Roundglass Living with corporate clientele. This includes consistently achieving and delivering sales quotas, building a robust prospect database, and creating a strong sales pipeline from market opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Target various foundations to sell products to their employees & beneficiaries
  • Schedule regular prospecting and outreach campaigns
  • Participate in promotional events, industry forums, and lead generation opportunities
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and progress the sales pipeline and conversion
  • Represent the organization in external interactions, with clients, end users, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to secure marketing support for sales prospecting and closure

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience selling innovative wellbeing and/or technology solutions to enterprise clients
  • Experience selling to CHROs (Chief Human Resource Officers), HR decision makers in mid to large-sized organizations is a plus
  • Excellent customer development and relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
