About the Role:

We seek enthusiastic and driven fresh graduates to join our team as B2B Sales Executives. This role serves as an excellent starting point for individuals looking to build a career in business-to-business (B2B) sales.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential business clients through cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Product Presentations: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company's products/services and conduct effective presentations to potential clients.
  • Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to showcase the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and status updates in CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients and team members.
  • Passion for sales and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to understand and address customer needs and challenges.
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and CRM software.
