Job Description

The ideal candidate will be able to draft various contracts, including Business Agreements and Lease Deeds.

  • Contract Drafting: The ability to draft and negotiate complex contracts is essential for this role.
  • Intellectual Property Protection: Experience in handling Trademark protection, infringement defense, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) is required.
  • Litigation and Court Procedures: Handling litigations, court procedures, and related matters involving the company's day-to-day affairs is a key responsibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following qualifications are mandatory for the position:

  1. A Law degree from a recognized college under the Regular stream of 5 years or 3 years of BL/LLB with Graduation.
  2. A minimum of 10-15 years of post-qualification experience in any medium/large organization or law firm.
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
