Legal Executive Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Executive to join our team. As a Legal Executive, you will play a key role in conducting legal research and analysis to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough legal research and provide sound advice to stakeholders.
  • Draft and review various legal agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, master service agreements, and terms and conditions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of legal agreements and documents.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to draft and review HR-related documents.
  • Perform administrative and paralegal tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • L.L.B or B.L.S / LL. B. (3 Year or 5 Year Law Degree)
  • 4-5 years of experience in non-litigation law
  • Strong research, writing, analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using MS office and related tools
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Attention to detail and strong time management skills
