Job Description:

As a key member of our distribution team, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing the circle mass distribution strategy. This involves working closely with the Sales Head to drive growth and achieve targets.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in distribution planning and channel strategy implementation. You should be able to lead channels with large numbers of partners of varying sizes and complexity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Formulating and implementing the circle mass distribution strategy
  • Achieving gross and net acquisition targets in the circle for the distribution channel
  • Attaining market leadership through growth in terms of revenues and market share
  • Formulating and implementing a robust distribution channel strategy to achieve trade advocacy and retailer NPS
  • Creating mechanisms for gathering competition intelligence based insights
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of distribution experience in Telecom/FMCG/Mass Retail Distribution industry
  • Multi-geography team leadership experience
  • Experience of distribution planning and channel strategy implementation
  • Ability to lead channels with large numbers of partners
  • Ability to manage dynamic environments
  • Influencing skills, analytical and commercial ability
  • Effective relationship management skills
