As a Senior Architectural Designer at our company, you will be working on transformative workplace designs.

About the Role

This is an in-office, full-time position based in Bengaluru. Your main task will be to create comprehensive architectural designs and develop construction drawings for corporate workplaces and hospitality projects.

You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand design requirements, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance in all designs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative architectural designs that meet client needs

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather information about design requirements
  • Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
  • Evaluate designs for compliance with industry standards

Requirements:

  • Mastery of Architecture and Architectural Design principles
  • Expertise in creating Construction Drawings and detailed technical specifications
  • Knowledge and experience in Workplace Design, including office spaces and hospitality environments
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
  • Familiarity with design software and tools used in the industry
