Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Workplace Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions that enhance user experience and productivity.

  • Automation Expertise: You will work closely with business leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Power Platform) and custom apps built with Power Apps.
  • Data-Driven Insights: You will create interactive dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI to provide data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Copilot Agent Enablement: You will design and build Copilot-based AI agents to boost productivity and surface insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience: 7+ years in Digital Workplace, End User Computing, or Automation/AI Solutions development.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of building automation solutions, AI integrations, and workplace orchestration in enterprise environments.
  • Microsoft Ecosystem Expertise: Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, endpoint management, collaboration tools, automation/orchestration, and security compliance.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making capabilities.
