Job Title: Workplace Compliance Specialist

The role of Workplace Compliance Specialist involves ensuring adherence to all applicable Labour Laws from vendors, conducting internal audits, and coordinating customer audits.

This facility will produce high-performance logic addressing growing demands in markets like automotive, computing, data storage, wireless communications, and artificial intelligence.

A successful candidate for this position should possess strong analytical skills and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing legal & statutory documents of Direct Labour and Contractors' Labour
  • Ensuring compliance from vendors in respect of applicable Labour Laws
  • Conducting internal audits and ensuring compliance with customers' Code of Conduct
  • Arranging inter-department meetings to discuss audit points, arrive at action plans, and ensure closure within defined timelines
  • Coordinating customer audits as per the audit calendar
  • Finding non-compliances during on-site visits and analyzing them for escalation and resolution
  • Maintaining frequent communication with the audit team till audit requirements are met
  • Updating customer portal status timely after approval from stakeholders
  • Handling social compliance audits

Required qualifications include an MSW or equivalent certification in Labour Laws. Desired experience is 10+ years.
