We are seeking a skilled and imaginative Workplace Designer to collaborate with our team. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to craft functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative design proposals that integrate comprehensive space planning, curated color schemes, refined furniture selections, and sustainable material choices.
  • Craft compelling presentations, mood boards, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design concepts.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture / interior design or a related field.
  • Experience in leading client pitches.
  • Minimum of 7-12 years of experience working on workplace design projects & managing a team.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Sketchup, Revit, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
