Workplace Interior Designer

As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in creating functionally beautiful workplace interiors for corporate clients. With 1-3 years of experience in interiors commercial office spaces, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive design concepts that meet client needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications, using industry-standard software.
  • Apply outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.
  • Select furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories, and produce material boards to ensure cohesive and aesthetically pleasing designs.
  • Work with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, maintaining productivity and quality targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills in SketchUp, AUTOCAD(2D), Photoshop, and Enscape.
  • Excellent conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate design ideas and direction effectively and quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and technical abilities.
  • Flexibility to manage concurrent projects in various stages of development.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • 1-3 years of experience required in Interiors Commercial Office Spaces.
  • Proven experience in workplace interior design.
  • Creative and innovative thinking, with an ability to deliver unique and inspiring designs.
