Job Description:

As a key member of our multidisciplinary consulting organization, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions to the world's most complex challenges. Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize and develop aesthetically pleasing and functional interior spaces that meet exacting project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present conceptual design ideas, utilizing your skills in freehand sketches and building interior drawings.
  • Conduct research and analysis to understand user needs and preferences, informing your design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and coordination.
  • Prepare and maintain high-quality construction drawings, specifications, and documents, adhering to company graphical standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in architecture or architectural interior design, complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other industry-standard software is essential.

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Architectural Interior Design, or related field.
  • 4-10 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a high level of technical competency and adaptability.
  • Strong knowledge of ergonomics, disability codes, and applicable regulations.
