Job Title

A business analyst plays a crucial role in driving the digital transformation of policy administration activities within the savings and retirement sector. As a lead, you will be responsible for acting as a domain expert, guiding multiple projects and workstreams towards successful outcomes.

  • Broad knowledge of the UK savings and retirement sector, with expertise in individual and workforce pensions
  • Significant customer services transformation experience across multiple projects
  • Subject matter knowledge of core policy servicing processes, including scheme setup, customer service management, complaints, and policy transfer processes
Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as a domain lead business analyst across a series of projects and workstreams
  2. Drive broad knowledge of the UK savings and retirement sector, particularly both individual and workforce pensions
  3. Develop significant customer services transformation experience through multiple projects
  4. Expand subject matter knowledge of core policy servicing processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Core consulting skillset and/or significant industry experience in a strategic change capacity within the insurance sector
  • Experience working in a hybrid or agile development area, developing user stories and working in scrum teams
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Exposure to digital and platform technologies in the UK savings and retirement sector
  • Strong presentation skills, including verbal presentations and developing compelling PowerPoint presentations
