
OEM Business Development Manager

Key Account Managers are essential to driving profitability in OEM business. This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of OEM partnerships, from volume and receivables management to contract negotiation and business growth.
The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in sales and account management. Key responsibilities include:
- Business Strategy Development: Conceptualize and implement business strategies for OEMs and direct sales business, ensuring timely submission of monthly and annual plans.
- GMVC Management: Review performance at each account and product level, ensuring profitability and meeting GMVC targets.
- Account Mapping: Maintain detailed mapping of accounts, including contact matrices, opportunity lists, and timely updates.
- Customer Relations: Foster strong business relationships with OEMs, working towards new genuine oil tie-ups as per devised strategy.
- Sales Skills: Apply consultative and benefit selling skills to drive sales growth.
- Market Information: Maintain accurate market information on business environment, including competitor analysis.
Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for maintaining a proactive approach to future market requirements, suggesting changes or additions as needed. They will also conduct periodic training/activities at key customers, targeting multiple stakeholders, to ensure best customer experience by managing smooth supply of products and timely response to all queries/concerns raised by OEMs.
