The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of IT strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems, to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and provide effective solutions, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures to ensure system security and reliability, maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
  • Manage and mentor IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced experience managing virtual environments, with expertise in hypervisor technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Expertise in software & hardware troubleshooting across various systems and platforms.
  • Strong experience in network architecture and internet connectivity, including IP addressing, subnetting, and routing protocols.
  • Proficient in Active Directory management, group policies, user provisioning, and authentication services.
  • Excellent network administration skills, including configuring routers, switches, firewalls (Palo Alto), and VPNs.
  • Experienced server management, installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server, Red Hat Linux, and Ubuntu servers.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML configurations (CUDA) for data analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Understanding of GPU / HPC servers.
  • Strong cybersecurity principles and best practices, including threat analysis, risk assessment, incident response, and security monitoring.
  • Familiarity with software development frameworks and languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript for collaboration with development teams.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and services such as Azure AD, EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
