Job Title: AI Technical Lead

As a senior AI technical lead, you will oversee the development of cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to improve our platform capabilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing advanced NLP, computer vision, and speech techniques
  • Collaborating with other researchers to develop innovative AI solutions
  • Mentoring and leading experiments with team members

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of industry experience in machine learning with a strong focus on NLP and computer vision
  • Hands-on experience in ML model development and deployment
  • Experience working with training and fine-tuning large language models is a plus
  • Experience in audio/speech technologies is a plus
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, or other relevant languages
