  • Product Presentation & Merchandising:
  • Treat products with care and attention to detail.
  • Ensure the sales floor is displayed to high standards and consistently beautifully presented, creating an attractive shopping environment.
  • Team Collaboration & Energy:
  • Be a collaborative part of the team and treat every colleague with respect, positivity, and camaraderie.
  • Ensure the team's positive energy and enthusiasm is shared with every customer every day, creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere.
  • Operations & Inventory Management:
  • Consistently perform tasks such as recovering, filling, stocking, cleaning, and shifting merchandise, maintaining a constantly organized and appealing store.
  • Always maintain top-notch store appearance and organization.

  • Proven experience in a retail sales or supervisory role.
  • Demonstrable passion for customer service and sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
