Retail Sales Executive Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Retail Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of store visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting products and services to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (HS)
  • 2+ years of experience in Retail, preferably in fashion, jewellery, or luxury products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in POS systems and billing software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
