Job Description:

Campaign Development & Execution

Design, plan and execute end-to-end brand ambassador campaigns to align with business goals and target audiences.

Develop innovative strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

Influencer Identification & Partnerships

Identify and partner with social media influencers, content creators and brand ambassadors across various platforms.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers to ensure consistent brand representation.

Content Creation & Coordination

Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to create high-quality, engaging and brand-aligned content.

Ensure timely and impactful delivery of brand-driven campaigns.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement, reach, ROI and brand sentiment.

Optimize campaigns based on insights and trends for continuous improvement.

  • Fluent in English and Hindi: Strong communication skills to engage with diverse influencers and teams effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media or digital marketing.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
