Job Overview:

This key role involves leading the implementation, customization, and integration of various HR systems globally. The successful candidate will drive business outcomes by managing a team of professionals, collaborating with stakeholders, and leveraging technology to deliver seamless solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end implementation process for HR systems across multiple modules
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with vendors, consultants, and partners to ensure successful implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues
  • System Configuration & Customization: Ensure configuration and customization of HR systems meet business needs and best practices
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop training materials, user guides, and pilot plans. Provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users to ensure smooth adoption
  • Change Management & Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on HR technology adoption, including communication, training, and engagement
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR systems post-implementation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications are beneficial
  • 12+ years of experience in implementing HR Systems or Support Oracle HCM/other HRMS platforms
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end implementations (across multiple modules)
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions
