About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a 50-50 blend between back-end human resources operations and accounting support. This role is designed to ensure seamless HR operations while also contributing to accurate financial processes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor employee attendance records, ensuring accuracy in timesheets.
  • Administer and process payroll, including statutory deductions.
  • Maintain and update leave management systems, ensuring fair and consistent implementation.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, compliance, and HR operations.
  • Support back-end HR activities such as onboarding documentation, employee records, and HR audits.
  • Drive the offer rollout process—drafting, releasing, and tracking offer letters.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks: maintaining ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable records and vendor payment processing.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data entry in accounting software.
  • Support audits by providing necessary financial and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with finance teams on budgeting, tax filings, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or Business Administration.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in HR operations (payroll, compliance, documentation, offer rollouts).
  • Hands-on experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial record-keeping.
  • Knowledge of payroll software, accounting tools, Excel, and HRMS systems.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Strong analytical, attention-to-detail, and confidentiality skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
