Global Benefits Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the implementation and optimization of global benefits modules for international organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure global benefits programs across large, multinational organizations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their global benefits needs and design tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Configure benefits eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and vendor integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans to ensure compliance and accuracy in global benefits configurations.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and regulatory requirements in global benefits management.
  • Conduct training sessions to drive user adoption and system efficiency among global stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements post-project go-live.
  • Stay current with product updates and enhancements to proactively improve system performance and functionality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits modules.
  • Strong understanding of global benefits processes, compliance regulations, and industry trends.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills to manage client relationships and deliver business-driven solutions.

Preferred Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as SAP SuccessFactors (Global Benefits or Employee Central).
