Global Health Specialist

About This Role:

• We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Global Health Specialist.

This is a foundational role in our new business vertical. We require an individual who can navigate diverse stakeholders, shifting regulations, and varied cultural landscapes while cutting through complexity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers and frontline program managers to drive high-impact projects from vision to reality.

• Shape market strategy by identifying priority countries/states, mapping Ministry of Health ecosystems, sizing AI procurement potential, defining the value proposition, and crafting tailored market-entry roadmaps.
• Create large-scale AI programmes by designing multi-disease population-surveillance projects (TB, COPD, lung cancer, heart failure) and opportunities where our AI tools can accelerate ongoing Govt Digital/eHealth initiatives.
• Own end-to-end deal cycles by originating, structuring, and closing deals by navigating tenders, rate-contracts, and grant mechanisms; building channel partnerships (PSUs, multilateral agencies, local distributors) that unlock scale.
• Unlock funding by surfacing and winning bilateral, multilateral, and philanthropic financing that accelerates AI procurements at state or national level.
• Influence policy & budgets by engaging senior bureaucrats, policymakers, and technical committees to create Healthcare-AI budget lines, inclusion in disease-control guidelines, and national digital-health programmes.
• Steward stakeholder relationships by managing a network of partners, Govt stakeholders, and global funding partners.
• Collaborate internally by translating market needs into product roadmaps, implementation playbooks, and evidence-generation studies in partnership with our Implementation, Clinical Affairs, and Client Success teams.

What does success look like?

• Establishing us as a leading AI player in national and state-level public health systems.
• Sending international financing for AI-led screening programs.
• Securing and executing multi-year contracts that materially accelerate national digital health goals across India, SE Asia, and Africa.

This role requires:

• Rapidly distilling what truly matters while navigating diverse stakeholders, shifting regulations, and varied cultural landscapes.
• Leading with relationships by combining gravitas and empathy to build trust and engage seamlessly with both cabinet-level decision-makers and frontline program managers.
• Executing relentlessly by rolling up sleeves to shape large-scale commercial initiatives and steer high-stakes partnership negotiations to successful closure.
• Demonstrated strong ownership and a deep commitment to driving high-impact projects from vision to reality.

We need:

• Experience in Enterprise Business Development/Growth/Public Health/Med-Device or Govt Advisory (3-8yrs).
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent English required; other regional languages will be a major plus.
• Fully flexible and prepared to travel extensively across focus markets.
