Senior Innovation Design Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled New Product Development Engineer to lead our product development team. This is a key role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Main Responsibilities:- Clarify project requirements and ensure alignment among team members.
- Organize technical activities, validate schedules, and develop product technical specifications.
- Design and develop products, create CAD models, and conduct associated calculations.
- Manage subcontracting of activities if necessary.
- Write technical documents for product implementation in selection and calculation software.
- Coordinate technical meetings with other departments to consider their needs.
- Implement design review sessions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct risk analysis and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis.
- Define design rules and improve processes.
- Develop and deliver technical training for new products across the company.
- Work with testing laboratories to set up prototype tests.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- 8-14 years of experience in NPD, FEA, and CFD design engineering.
- Experience in driving Valve for NPD (New Product Development).
