Design Engineer Role Overview


As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating innovative designs that meet customer needs. Your expertise in 3D modeling, engineering calculations and product assembly will be instrumental in driving business success.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent analytical abilities and the capacity to work independently with limited support from senior engineers.
  • Create detailed drawings for castings, sheet metal parts and plastic components using SolidWorks.
  • Perform engineering calculations, tolerance stack-up analysis and create complete product assemblies as required for projects.
  • Support process development and continuous improvement activities with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Work independently with limited support from senior engineers to complete tasks and projects on time.
  • Bonus: Experience with linear static analysis (FEA) is a valuable asset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Design: Create high-quality designs for products, including castings, sheet metal parts and plastic components.
  • Engineering Calculations: Perform complex engineering calculations, including tolerance stack-up analysis.
  • Project Management: Work independently to manage projects, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
