Job Title: Senior Manager Technology Transformation

We are seeking a Senior Manager to spearhead our technology transformation initiatives, elevating employee experience and driving transformative outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record of championing impactful initiatives, and the ability to drive seamless stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance employee experience and drive business growth.
  • Leverage customer insights to refine strategies and deliver superior products and services.
  • Mentor and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, driving collaboration and innovation.
  • Communicate complex ideas effectively, providing clear guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Guide stakeholders through transformational change journeys, articulating the impacts of change and driving adoption.
  • Serve as a key change agent, championing innovative practices and fostering a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of technology project management or delivery management experience, including 4+ years of direct people management experience.
  • 1+ years of transformation experience in people, process, or technology transformation.
  • Proven expertise in change management, business analysis, or process analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Strong business and technology acumen, with organizational agility.
