Job Role: Strategic Marketing Specialist

Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Development: Conduct thorough research to understand client briefs and craft tailored digital strategies that meet brand goals and industry trends.
  • Ideation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm integrated campaign ideas that resonate with the target audience.
  • Pitch Deck Creation: Develop compelling pitch decks with narrative flow, strategic insight, visual storytelling, and design coordination.
  • Client Presentations: Confidently present strategies and ideas to prospective clients, either independently or alongside senior leadership.
  • Market Research: Analyze competitors, industry trends, audience behavior, and digital innovations to inform pitches.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the new business, creative, media, and planning teams to build strong, well-rounded proposals.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing strategy, ideally within an agency environment. They should possess a strong understanding of digital platforms, consumer behavior, and marketing trends. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
