About the Role

  • Create engaging video content using original and repurposed footage to effectively communicate our message.
  • Take a brief to understand team needs and specifications, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Develop and review scripts and raw material for videos, incorporating stakeholder feedback.
  • Trim footage segments, assemble sequences, and input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to produce captivating visuals.
  • Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running, adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Consult with stakeholders from various teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Pursue ongoing learning and implementation of new editing technologies and industry best practices to optimize efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a video editor (4+ years).
  • Demonstrable expertise in digital technology and popular editing software packages (e.g., Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional video editing abilities.
  • Familiarity with special effects, animation, 3D, and compositing techniques.
  • Creative vision and storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives.
