We are seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join our team. This is a high-visibility role where you will directly shape how the world sees us.
Key Responsibilities- Define and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Translate complex product and customer success stories into compelling, easy-to-grasp narratives.
- Build and manage decks, one-pagers, case studies, videos, and event materials.
- Partner with customers to create and amplify success stories.
- Manage and grow our presence on social media (organic + paid).
- Plan and execute Ads and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting enterprise accounts.
- Promote thought leadership and customer stories across social platforms.
- Drive brand presence at Salesforce events, SaaS conferences, and partner showcases.
- Own pre-event communication, on-ground branding, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
- Leverage HubSpot to run automated outreach and nurture workflows.
- Design and execute cold email campaigns to targeted prospects.
- Align ABM efforts with sales and partnerships.
- Track performance of brand, social, and outreach initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strengthen brand positioning.
This role requires strong storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills. You should have hands-on experience with Ads, HubSpot, cold email campaigns, and ABM strategies.
You will be responsible for creating impactful collateral and managing brand presence at events. A data-driven mindset with comfort in tracking and reporting campaign impact is essential.
This is a fast-paced startup environment, so we need a self-starter who thrives in this kind of setting.
We are looking for someone with 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS / Tech marketing, with a focus on branding, communications, and multi-channel campaigns.
A creative thinker with an eye for detail and design would be a great fit for this role.
