**Creative Design Manager Role Summary

As a seasoned Creative Design Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-impact design projects from conception to completion. Your expertise in crafting innovative and visually stunning designs will drive business growth and enhance our brand's reputation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative strategies that meet business objectives.
  2. Oversee the design process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables while maintaining a focus on innovation and excellence.
  3. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans to support project execution.
  4. Ensure compliance with established design standards, guidelines, and industry best practices.
  5. Lead by example, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior creative role, preferably in an agency or startup environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong knowledge of digital design tools such as Canva and Figma.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with professionals from diverse backgrounds.
